TVM CENSORED - Forced to remove this Cease & Desist Order Spade's Attack Dogs Going Ahead With Lawsuit

Attoneys for David Spade, Lavley & Singer have demanded that we remove the Cease & Desist Order as it is a "Copyright Infringement" to have it up here. I was unaware of this, I never thought of a Cease & Desist order as being copyrighted writing, I thought of it as a public legal document, so I took it down at the advice of an attoney, but... I have been told that I may legally quote and describe the document.

I was told by David Spade's Attorneys that I would also have to take down all articles related to David Spade, retract the story, and apologize, but I feel I am breaking no law by reporting either facts or opinions, so they will stay. They claim, we are guilty of "continued and blatant wrongful and tortuous conduct". I say, Get A Life!

Because I have decided to keep my well researched article on my website, I have been told that Lavley & Singer Attorneys at Law for David Spade have "commenced formal legal action", but not just against me!

They are also threatening my sister - Pope April, my husband - The Pastor of Disaster, and MY MOTHER! Apparently, my Mother, Mother Mary Joan is in trouble with David Spade for writing a reveiw of her new favorite TV show, Monk.

"You, doing business under the false and fictitious names "TV MINISTRY", "TVM", "TV_is_GOD", and the aliases "GENERAL AMY" and "POPE APRIL", have published vicious false and defamatory statements concerning my clients"
