News and Weather, Part 1

Now you all know that the TV Ministry is anti-news, but you may not know why. It’s very simple you see, news is too real, and it’s all lies. There I said it, yes it’s all lies.

You can’t believe a word they say. Everything they say is a tool for the government. It’s just like that movie Wag The Dog, everything on the news is manufactured to get specific hysterical reactions from us idiots who are watching. Not that we are idiots, but the government and many TV execs think that we are.

If you ever watch breaking news as it happens and monitor it throughout the day, you will see how entire stories change until they are nearly unrecognizable. I’ve seen it happen many times ­ The Gulf War, Columbine, The Oklahoma City Bombing, Waco­­ Especially Waco! And, we can’t even discuss recent events at the current time.

Basically, the News is the Devil, don’t believe a word of it, even if you’re compelled to watch as I am many times. I accept I am worshipping a lying, cheating evil as old as mankind. For as long as we have lived there has been the lies, the manipulations, and the hope of controlling our feeble minds, just look at Christianity before the printing press.

The weather on the other hand, though wrong 50% of the time, is perfectly acceptable for Ritual Viewing according to the TV Ministry beliefs, and if you have the weather channel that’s even better. Weathermen know they are going to be giving out misinformation most of the time, so it’s more like a fictional show than hard news.

This makes weather more about the characters that give it to us, their chosen weather sponsors, and the fun footage behind them, than any actual information. The only facts we ever get from the news is what the temperature was, what the rainfall was, etcetera, etcetera.

So enjoy all the weather there is, but beware the evils of the newsman and his misinformation.
